If you want a first-round fitness trainer and coach, Jeff is the man.  I know Jeff from VMI, and last winter happened to see his comments on a LinkedIn discussion.  I saw that he's a trainer, and since I needed to get ready for a Spartan Super the next summer, I hit him up.  At the time he had not prepped someone for a Spartan race.  But he immediately stepped up and started with a program.  The goal was to be competitive in the race, but also to improve on my general fitness and well-being.  Mission accomplished on all fronts.  Jeff is very thorough in his approach...he will ascertain your current level of fitness, assess your current training regimen, look at your goals and then tailor a program for your needs.  Within a few weeks, I was really starting to see results.  And when race day came, I was ready.  Without Jeff's expertise, I would not have been able to finish.  I recommend his fitness consultation 100% and without hesitation.

Exceeding Personal Expectations

Lisa L. was frustrated with stagnation in her training program.  When we first worked together her goal was just to be able to perform one pull up.  Through her hard work, dedication and self discipline, Lisa surpassed that goal by far.  Here she is in her first bodybuilding competition.
